    	abstract = {The focus of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership, specifically related to green transformational leadership, and the characteristics of transformational leadership on the implementation of green human resources management. This study aims to deeply understand the impact of green transformational leadership and various characteristics of transformational leadership on the implementation of green human resources management in waste management organizations. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to 41 respondents. This study can contribute to and enhance knowledge related to leadership with a focus on circular economy. The quantitative research was conducted in the Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) region, using online questionnaires. Hypothesis testing yielded results indicates a positive and significant influence of green transformational leadership on GHRM. Consequently, this suggests that an increase in green transformational leadership corresponds to an improvement in green human resources management. However, this study did not find evidence of the characteristics of transformational leadership affecting GHRM. Hence, it highlights the need to enhance green leadership skills for leaders and influencers in organizations implementing circular economy principles, to improve green HR management integration.},
