    	abstract = {Leaders are very important in every organization, especially in the healthcare sector, to achieve patient safety and a healthy work environment. This research aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of research on the influence of leadership style in the healthcare sector, so that it can support the development of further research. The leadership styles reviewed are transformational, charismatic, ethical, servant, and authentic. This systematic literature review uses the PRISMA method with Rayyan.ai analysis tool. Articles are collected from Scopus within the scope in 2019-2023. A total of 60 articles were analyzed for the contexts, interventions, mechanisms, and outcomes. The results show that the largest research sector is public hospitals. This research also found that transformational leadership style is still the most dominant leadership style researched, therefore the dominant measurement scale is the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ). Job satisfaction is the most researched factor in relation to leadership style. The existence of limitations in this research encourages further research to conduct a systematic review that includes various research methods, leadership styles, and search site sources. The implications of the findings of this review support the importance of transformational, charismatic, ethical, servant, and authentic leadership theories in the field of health services so that further research is needed.},
